Each dinner has a theme: varietal, appellation, or a visit by a celebrity guest wine maker.

Varietal Theme - Discover what makes a varietal unique. One of our Wine Educators explains a selected varietal's history, production methods, characteristic flavors and food pairing possibilities.

Appellation Theme- The location where grapes are grown creates a signature flavor in the wine we drink. Elevation, soil type, regional farming practices and weather all play special roles in the flavor of the final product. Learn how these elements combine to make each wine unique by drinking it!

Celebrity Wine Maker - If you know wine, you've probably heard of them. Well, now you can meet them, taste their wine, and enjoy food that we think gives their wine even more star power. Bottle signing, anyone?
