We are in the Oxbow district, and are 5 minutes from downtown Napa on foot.

Visit Napa Valley worry-free by by choosing our car-free Bay Area connection with the San Francisco Ferry. Join us for a lunch trip or stay in Napa for a mini-vacation. Enjoy Napa without having to designate a driver; let us transport you safely to and from Wine Country. Also available are directions to Napa Valley if you wish to drive yourself or arrive via one of the several airports in the region.

Take the San Francisco Ferry

The Napa Valley Wine Train is easily accessible from San Francisco via our Ferry Connection. View the San Francisco skyline from a new perspective as you cross the Bay via Ferry. Relax and leave the navigating to us as you are transported to the Wine Train Station in time for any of our offerings.

The San Francisco Connection is $50 per person and is available with our lunch trains (leaving San Francisco at 8:15AM, returning by 7:00PM) or with our dinner trains in conjunction with an overnight stay in Napa (see our Vacation Packages). Depending on the day of the week, you might take the Ferry or the Bus. Check the table below for details. Both the Ferry and the Bus will drop you off in Vallejo where you will board the Napa Valley Wine Train Shuttle that will take you to the Wine Train Station.

In order to take advantage of the Wine Train's San Francisco Connection, you must make reservations at least a day in advance. Reservations can be made by calling 800.427.4124, or can be made online.

Via San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

Guests who plan to arrive via San Francisco International Airport can catch an Evans Airport Shuttle, which departs from San Francisco Airport several times daily.

Via Oakland International Airport (OAK)

Guests who plan to arrive via Oakland Airport can catch an Evans Airport Shuttle, which departs from Oakland Airport several times daily.

Via Sacramento International Airport (SMF)

Sacramento Airport is about the same distance from Napa as San Francisco and Oakland airports, and is frequently less crowded. Cars can be rented at Sacramento Airport.

Via Santa Rosa's Charles M. Schulz Airport (STS)

Alaska Airlines serves the Napa Valley region via the nearby Sonoma County Airport Santa Rosa- Charles M. Schulz Airport with daily service from Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Portland, and Seattle.

Via Napa County Airport (Private Pilots)

Guests with their own aircraft may be interested in landing at Napa County Airport, which is only a 15 minute drive from the Wine Train, and an easy taxi ride.
