Award~winning, Executive Chef Kelly Macdonald and Napa Valley Wine Train Wine Educator, Brent Trojan, join forces to plan a diverse 5~course gourmet dinner menu. Each month the menu is specially developed to complement the evening's wines choices. The Vista Dome provides great comfort and views to complement the evening of culinary adventure. Chef & Brent unobtrusively mingle with each passenger throughout the evening. This program is "fill-in" seating , your party will be seated with another party. Private tables are available for parties of four, or multiples of four at a table.
